I had a good time staying here during Easter! The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. My room was really spacious and had a nice view, which I loved waking up to each morning. The breakfast spread was great too, with fresh fruits and an assortment of delicious options that fueled my day.
I did run into a few hiccups. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, especially during check-in and check-out, which took way longer than expected. the gym and pool felt a bit outdated and not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. some improvements could really elevate the experience!

Beautiful hotel, outstanding rooms, staff is affable. The location is favourable, we could see city. The place to order dinner at a moderate distance from the property is Bone Espetaria. They serve great food, have good choice of options to choose from. Thank you for a PLEASANT stay.

I booked a stay at Hotel Mont Blanc Premium for my recent trip to Ribeirao Preto and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's high standards are evident in every aspect, from the elegant marble floors to the warm and friendly staff. The pool area and gym are not just for show, but actually well-maintained and enjoyable amenities. Despite being in Ribeirao Preto, the hotel's standards rival those of Rio or Sao Paulo. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and will definitely choose Hotel Mont Blanc Premium for future visits to the city.

The staff and management were not up to par. Poor communication during check-in and check-out caused long delays and additional charges.

The location of this hotel was convenient, offering easy access to top restaurants in the area and to the hustle and bustle of downtown. the well, designed and well, furnished rooms had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with all necessary amenities. the breakfast was good, with a variety of options from fresh fruit to pastries and an omelet station. the well, maintained pool area with three waterfalls added to the hotel's charm, providing a beautiful view.
The front desk had a difficult time with check, in and check, out, leading to long wait times even with a reservation.

Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed with the luxurious facilities and exclusive amenities offered at the hotel. the impressive spa lounge, steam room and sun loungers near the outdoor swimming pool were divine. the breakfast also did not disappoint, with a variety of great food options. Leave the hotel, and you'll find yourself right in the heart of the city with plenty of location advantages.
The only minor issue was the service, which left something to be desired. Despite our great experience with the room and facilities, we encountered issues when we requested towels and toilet paper, which were not provided.
